Segementation and Labeling Tools:

 

• GEMS: The GEnerative Model-based Segmentation set of tools was developed  to create segmentations of the hippocampal subfields and white matter in ex-vivo MR scans. (more info)

 

• Morphometry: An algorithm designed to quantify the relationship between cortical folds and the location of the primary visual area (V1) using surface-based analysis to in order to generate a probabilistic atlas of the primary visual area (V1). (PDF)

 

Registration Tools:

Robust inverse consistent registration procedures are available for highly accurate within-subject registration. The statistically robust procedures detects and removes the influence of outlier voxels, and is therefore capable of optimally aligning images in spite of local change such as atrophy, distortions, tumor etc. (more info) (PDF)
