Our lab builds tools for the optimization and analysis of neuroimaging data, encompassing structural, functional, and diffusion MRI. All of our lab research projects culminate in the development and support of the open source Freesurfer brain mapping software package. Below you can find links to some of the tools provided by our lab and its collaborators.

FreeSurfer                                                  A set of automated tools for reconstructing the brain’s cortical surface from structural MRI data, onto which you can overlay fMRI data.

TrackVis                                                          This is a software tool that can visualize and analyze fiber track data from diffusion MR imaging (DTI/DSI/HARDI/Q-Ball) tractography.

Courses and Tutorials                  The Freesurfer group offers introductory courses about Freesurfer, usually twice a year. Information about upcoming Freesurfer courses can be found here.
