Kathleen’s research focuses on deep learning methods for longitudinal brain analyses, with an emphasis on surface-based approaches. She is particularly interested in applying her work to study progressive brain changes caused by neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease.
