Rogeny acquires and analyzes ex vivo brain MRI data, both structural and diffusion, at various resolutions (100um-1mm) and field strengths (7T, 3T, 1.5T). She also performs volumetric photographic scanning post-mortem. Rogeny also labels anatomy on high-resolution MR images.
